This creates muscular imbalance, puts pressure on nerve and blood supply resulting in an interruption of normal functioning and/or pain.

Jarek's treatment style is combination of fascial therapy, active release, orthopedic massage and applying osteopathic principles for a whole body approach to manual therapy.
An innate affinity for anatomy and physiology is what attracted Jarek to a career in bodywork. Jarek has received additional training and certificates in Lower & Upper Orthopedic Massage, and Certified in Active Release Techniques® for the Lower Body, Upper Body & Spine. Studying the body from an osteopathic perspective will provide a more insightful, holistic and focused way of treating through massage therapy.
Following an assessment & problem solving based approach to treating his patients, Jarek wants progress and believes in client education through body awareness and restoring balance.
